Hi, my name is Isabelle Scholz and I am from North Platte, Nebraska. I grew up in North Platte and attended North Platte Catholic Schools from preschool until senior year, when I then graduated. I now attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where I major in ADPR. My parents, Steve and Tricia Scholz are the owners of Lincoln County Feedyard. I have one older brother, Sam, who is 22 years old and one younger sister, Marjorie, who is 12 years old.
After I have graduated college, I plan to move to New York City and pursue a career in fashion. I plan to begin in retail, but my end goal is to someday own my own clothing brand. My major in ADPR and my minor in Hospitality will help me to have a great idea of what it takes to run a clothing store. Owning my own business someday will entail a lot; making my own website, dealing with customers and designing a store. I plan to use my college degree in ADPR and Hospitaltiy to help me with all of it.
Outside of class, I spend a lot of time at my sorority, Alpha Phi. I also enjoy working out, going for long walks, drinking matcha, shopping, and researching health and wellness. Some of my favorite things to do around autumn and Christmas time are going to pumpkin patches, watching college football or Christmas movies, and going Christmas gift shopping. I also enjoy spending time at my lake cabin and hanging out with friends back at home. At the end of every day, I like to call my family from back home. I enjoy talking to my mom, sister, and occasionally my dad and brother if they aren't working with the cows.
